Paying attention to the food industry and the increasing and growing importance of the issue of healthy and nutrient food production is a valuable opportunity for local producers to increase the level of production by identifying target markets and customers, and thereby increasing producer income per capita, Increase employment and increase value added. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the level of consumption of local and native dairy products among households in Kermanshah. Data and information were collected by completing 233 questionnaires by simple sampling method with an appropriate assignment in Kermanshah city in 2017. Because of the ordering nature of the information, the ordered logit model has been used in order to assess the level of native dairy products consumption. The results of the model showed that household income, brand loyalty, indigenous diversity, distribution and access to indigenous products, the form of supply and packaging of products, and the history of consumption of native products could have a positive and significant effect on the level of native local consumption.
